Personally identifiable information is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context, including your name, phone number, email address and your preferences to topics of the published journalistic articles.

Subject of personally identifiable information is every person whose personally identifiable information is being administered.
1.3 User account
If you register in our website bluelink.info, we create a user account for you.
2. Administration of personally identifiable information for the purpose of evromegdan.bg
When you register in BlueLink.info you provide the following information:
- name and surname,
- email address,
- photo (optional)*
- short bio (optional)*
* We would like to let the readers know who our authors are. Journalists whose articles have been published on the website are asked to include a photo and a short bio in their profiles.
Information provided by you is being used to provide you the requested newsletter. Apart from that, registered users are able to comment the publications in the website. If you would like to change your data, you can do it by logging in your personal profile in BlueLink.info
3.Data protection
We will collect and store your voluntarily shared information as long as you use your user account. We would delete your account and information, in case of a request by you.
4. Your rights
4.1 Right of information
You have the right to request information about all personally identifiable information related to you and the means of usage at any time.
4.2 Right of withdrawal
If you have agreed for your personally identifiable information to be administered, you can withdraw it at any time without pointing out the reasons. You only need to write an email to privacy@bluelink.net.
4.3 Right of correction
If your data, administered by the BlueLink Foundation, is not correct, you can correct it at any time in your personal user account or write to us at privacy@bluelink.net.
4.4 Right to be forgotten
You have the right to have your data, administered by the BlueLink foundation, deleted or blocked. Deletion of your personally identifiable information could be done at any time. You should send your request to privacy@bluelink.net.
In general, after a request, the data is deleted right away, or no longer than 30 days after the request is sent. If the deletion of data is in contradiction to any other obligations, related to legislation, contracts and others, your data won’t be deleted but made anonymous. If this is the case with you user account, you will contact you. After the data is deleted, provision of information is no longer possible.
4.5 Right of objection
At any time, without giving a reason, you have the right to make an objection against the administration of personally identifiable information in your website registration. Please not that in case you make an objection against administration of all data, we will no longer be able to provide you the newsletter.
5. Contact in regards to data administration
When you contact us by email to privacy@bluelink.net and a paper letter (taddress: 263 Slivnitsa Blvd, 1202 Sofia, Bulgaria) data provided by you is collected in order to answer your questions and give you the needed support. We will delete the collected data after it is no longer needed and will restrict administration in case there are legislative reasons to keep it.
6. Right of complaint
If you would like to make a complaint, please contact the person noted in Section 7. Apart from that you have the right to file a complaint to the relevant supervisory authority, if you consider your rights violated.
